Performs a wide range of facilities related service tasks required to maintain the Corporate College. These include minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing repairs, painting, furniture moves, snow removal and other job related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent and one year or more experience with building maintenance in an office building environment.
Valid driver's license and insurance.
Heavy lifting , pushing, pulling required of objects over 50 pounds on an as-needed basis.
Knowledge of OSHA/ EPA/ HAZCOM.
Knowledge of electrical fixtures, switches, and outlets, heating fixtures, cleaning obstructed plumbing lines, and painting.
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
Ability to properly use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
