The Facilities Planning and Management department is seeking candidates for a Clerk IV for the Service Center. This position will receive and process inquiries and requests for FP&M Services and Operations, which includes both on-campus and off-campus requests. Will research information, prepare documents, and review and analyze documents, such as reports, applications, records, etc. This position will advise staff, faculty, and others in the interpretation of policies, regulations, and practices of maintenance and FP&M operations. In addition, the Clerk IV will utilize a database (FAMIS facilities management software) that requires specialized subject matter knowledge. Will analyze data, maintain the database, generate reports, and troubleshoot database problems with staff. The successful candidate will be dependable and have an excellent attendance record as the Service Center staff are considered essential workers.

â¢ Knowledge of format and clerical procedures to arrange a variety of material from different sources in a coherent and logical manner.

â¢ Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and the public.

â¢ Ability to follow oral and written instructions and interpret institutional and other policies accurately.
â¢ Ability to gather, analyze, and display data in appropriate format and keep accurate records.
â¢ Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
