Conduct and/or participate as a team member on research and program evaluation projects as assigned. Specific project duties include: conducting literature reviews, managing data collection efforts, entering data, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, developing reports for a variety of audiences, and developing presentations and publications. The research associate interacts with internal and external partners as needed to complete tasks outlined in this job duty. In addition, the Postdoc will identify grant and contract opportunities, write proposals, and secure funding.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have a PhD in Social Work or a related discipline. The candidate will demonstrate: evidence of strong research knowledge, skills and attitudes; an interest in the subject matter, and a familiarity and success with the academic publication environment. The ideal background includes mixed methods research and qualitative techniques (such as qualitative interviewing and analysis).
