Research Support - Laboratory/Non-Laboratory, Staff/Administrative
Job Duties: â— 70% - Collect dietary recalls (food intake from the last 24 hours) from study participants by phone using NDSR software program â— 20% - Data entry of dietary intake records into NDSR software program â— 10% - Assist with other administrative tasks to support the daily functions of the NCC Service Center
This position would begin working remotely due to the pandemic.
This position will be 5-14 hours per week, varying based on incoming workload, and it will include some weekdays, evenings, and weekends. There is potential for increasing hours in the fall if additional projects are funded.

Required Qualifications: â— Bachelor's degree OR a combination of related education and related work experience to equal 4 years. â— Demonstrated ability to work and interact effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
Preferred Qualifications: â— Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field Knowledge of dietary intake of North American adults, teenagers and children â— Spanish/English bilingual â— Experience with nutrient analysis software â— Experience with telephone interviewing to gather survey or research information â— Ability to work independently and meet deadlines â— Ability to attend a two-day Nutrition Data System for Research (NDSR) training April 26th and 27th via Zoom
