Rutgers Center for Employee Ownership is searching for a research assistant position that requires conducting market research to identify and interview African American and Latino Veteran business owners that are interested in employee ownership strategies for business succession planning. Candidate must have extensive market research experience, are knowledgeable of employee ownership programs, and five plus years of experience interacting with minority business owners.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Masters Degree and experience in financial analysis.
