This Trust Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:
Coordinating and assisting in developing administrative aspects of an Operations team or teams, with emphasis on improving efficiencies and building relationships.
Serving as liaison with external vendors and other stakeholders to coordinate activities, materials and deliverables.
Managing relevant database inputs and outputs, which may include gift processing, maintenance, data reconciliations and reporting.
Acting as resource and trains Trust staff in functions, services, practices and procedures of the Operations team.
Assisting in the development and dissemination of operations team materials and documentation of practices, policies and procedures for Trust staff.
May monitor the departmental budget associated with the team(s).
Serving as a leader and resource from their respective team to administrative staff.
Developing familiarity with the team's support needs and procedures, and provides backup support as needed.
May run reports and queries in support of operations team functions, and perform analysis of the data.
Performing other duties as assigned.
To qualify, you must have:
An Associate's Degree.
A minimum of three years' experience providing administrative support or office administration.
Strong organizational skills with a consistent attention to detail, and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
High level of productivity and a solution-oriented performer.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Proficiency in general software programs (MS Office) and the ability to develop proficiency in specific database management systems.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
