Job Description Summary: The Department of Psychology invite applications for a full-time, one-year visiting position in Psychology for the 2021 academic year (beginning in August 2021). Area of specialization is open. This is a nine (9) month academic position with a teaching load of eight courses per year (four courses each semester).
Minimum Qualifications Ph.D. in Psychology or related field. An ABD currently enrolled graduate student will be considered in special cases.
Preferred Qualifications Additional consideration will be given to candidates who demonstrate strong interest in mentoring undergraduate research.
Essential Duties Applicants should be qualified to teach (in person and online) Introductory Psychology, Research Methods, Psychological Statistics, and other courses in the candidates area of expertise. Visiting faculty members are also expected to participate in department, college and other university events.
