Manages all clinic operations under the direction of the Director. This position takes complete ownership for the successful operations including financial, employee engagement and retention, and patient experience. that aligns with USC Ambulatory Care Services Â Â In addition, the clinic manager is responsible for managing the performance and engagement of all members of the CALD & CF team. This position also oversees and monitors workflows, outcomes, customer satisfaction and quality measures of the facility with the result of meeting or exceeding the established financial and other objectives set in cooperation with leadership. Â The Manager is responsible for ensuring that high quality patient care and customer service is delivered in the most financially efficient way.
Minimum Education:â¢High School Diploma or GEDâ¢Bachelorâs degree strongly required. Minimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢2+ yearsâ progressive experience in managing people; and, clinical operations in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.â¢2+ years experience in acute or ambulatory setting preferred.â¢Experience managing a multi-specialty clinic preferred.â¢Excellent people management and communication skills;â¢Ability to motivate and challenge staff to meet objectives;â¢Strong decision making skills; must be agile and possess a high tolerance for ambiguity; requires the ability to bridge the gap between administrative demands and clinical needs;â¢Must be extremely skilled and experienced in in process improvement and change management.â¢Excellent verbal and written communication skillsâ¢Proficient skills and knowledge in computer and applicable software.Required License/Certification:â¢Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
