The research scientist will design, conduct, analyze, and report results of independent research projects. They will also prepare research reports, scientific papers, and preliminary data for research proposals. Responsibilities: Successfully conduct innovative research in glaucoma and retinal biology Lead and/or support multi-functional scientific teams for operational effectiveness and efficiency Establish and leverage productive collaborations Mentor the development of colleagues at a variety of levels Develop and deliver presentations
