The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in the Department of Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School is seeking qualified faculty candidates in gastrointestinal and liver diseases.
Effort will be devoted to the clinical practice of gastroenterology, hepatology and/or GI motility. Responsibilities may include: GI endoscopy procedures, inpatient service and outpatient ambulatory care, all aspects of hepatology-viral hepatitis, NASH, liver cancer, complications of end-stage liver disease and other hepatobiliary diseases. Participation in night and weekend call rotations. Supervision and teaching of fellows, residents and housestaff.
Minimum Education and Experience:
MD, MD/PhD or DO degree. Candidates must have completed GI fellowship by appointment start date and be GI board certified/eligible.
