Work with Pre-College Program staff to coordinate and schedule meetings with middle and high school administrators and counselors to develop and implement programs that focus on students' academic performance and financial readiness. Collaborate with varied departments and community partners to increase students' knowledge of career and postsecondary education opportunities and to increase parent involvement.
Bachelor's Degree in human services or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ability to work with college level students that work with programs that focus on increasing pre-college students' preparation for post-secondary education.
Ability to develop and implement programs that support the department's goal of increasing FAFSA completion rate and SAT composite scores.
Excellent office, computer, organizational, analytical and communication skills.
Work experience with budgets and grant programs.
