Under supervision of the Biostatistical and Research Design Center Director at ICCTR and Program Manager, this person will organize and coordinate most activities and functions of the data coordinating center to support and ensure that goals and objectives specified are accomplished in accordance with priorities, timeliness, and any other specifications deemed important for the center.
This Program Coordinator II will be responsible for: Major duties: supports all program activities for the study project and the data coordinating center. Duties include coordinating weekly and monthly meetings, communicating with the various project stakeholders, and conducting various administrative tasks to ensuring the Center's goals and objectives are executed at high quality and on time.
Plans workshops, webinars, zoom meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications
May prepare or assist with the preparation of periodic progress reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for leadership
Collects and maintains fellow/faculty contact information, distribution mailing lists
Coordinating daily operations and activities to support the data coordinating center and the team leaders in the study project
May be assisting in evaluating program effectiveness to develop improved methods
Assisting in the development of new initiatives and communications
Taking meeting minutes at multiple weekly study team and leadership meetings
To qualify, you must have:
Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in coordinating research and/or education and training programs preferred
The ability to work independently and work as a team player
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
