will be expected to conduct clinical interviews via the administration of multiple data collection instruments. Thoroughness in obtaining data collection instruments is essential. Must be able to follow and adhere to the data collection manual of procedures and study protocol for each instrument.
will be expected to take the lead in the arena of Recruitment and Retention. The RA will contact all study participants to schedule annual study visits and assist with the scheduling of all visits for sub-studies. Also the tracking and updating of all information in execl.
will be expected to complete all human subjects and SWAN-Aging trainings and certifications. (Certification trainings will either be virtually or in-person when it is possible to do so)
will assist in participant retention/outreach efforts including newsletters and holiday cards. In addition, will assist in coordinating and participating in community canvassing efforts to locate difficult to find research study participants.
will be expected to learn the lab shipment protocol and assist with the shipment of lab/specimen samples.
will participate in team meetings and (as needed) take minutes of meetings for distribution to the team.
will be expected to work effectively within a culture inclusive of individuals with diverse backgrounds, styles, abilities, and motivations, and appreciate and leverage the capabilities, insights, and ideas of all individuals.
