Minimum Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in higher education administration, student affairs, human resources, business, communications, or related field. Experience in advising and/or career coaching. Demonstrated capacity for project management, writing, and public speaking skills. Demonstrated skills in working and interacting effectively with diverse groups.
Experience working with graduate students or supporting administration of a graduate program. Advanced skills in outreach, partnership building, and collaboration. Experience and proficiency using Excel, data analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Tableau), social media tools, and web content management systems to meet program needs. Evidence of experience with 1:1 student interaction/advising.
Posted Salary: $46,000/yr. minimum
