The Coordinator for Student Success & Diversity contributes to the success of undergraduate students enrolled in the College. This role coordinates diversity, equity, inclusive excellence and belonging programming, as well as partners with the Student Success, Development, and Wellbeing Coordinator on the College's academic success programming and CASNRCARES (Caring Attitudes and Respect for Every Student).

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience working with students, educators, and business professionals, in an advisory role required. Master's degree in student affairs, educational administration, counseling, or related fields may substitute for two years of experience. Demonstrated capacity for project management, writing, and public speaking skills. Ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of situations. Ability to use data to assist in decision making, advising software programs, student information systems, and common office technology software systems. Ability to work as an effective team member.
Master's degree in student affairs, educational administration, counseling, or related fields. Experience working at a post-secondary educational institution. Experience providing student success support for first generation, low-income, and/or minority college students. Demonstrated counseling skills. Experience working with diverse student populations in order to apply inclusive advising strategies.
Posted Salary: $40,000/yr. minimum
