Under the general direction of the leadership in the Office of Education Compliance and Quality, the incumbent is independently responsible for data analysis and visualization duties for the Office of Medical Education including the planning, design, and implementation of dashboards and analytical reports, especially as they pertain to accreditation, assessment/evaluation and continuous quality improvement activities.
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
Proficient in ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality. Demonstrates ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns. Strong mathematical and analytical skills to analyze data and present results. Proficient in ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes. Demonstrates ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of data visualization and analysis tools, e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SPSS. Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing medical schools, especially the LCME accreditation standards.
