Harborview Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare facility dedicated to providing specialized care for a broad spectrum of patients from throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the most vulnerable residents of King County. As the only designated Level I adult and pediatric trauma and verified burn center in the state of Washington, Harborview serves as the regional trauma and burn referral center for Alaska, Montana and Idaho and the disaster preparedness and disaster control hospital for Seattle and King County.

The Clinic Practice Manager develops and oversees departmental cost centers to assure alliance with and adherence to the organization’s mission, vision, values, strategic goals, and business strategies. Emphasizing service excellence, patient safety, employee engagement and organizational integration, the manager leads the department in overall program development and service priorities.

Bachelor’s degree relevant to service area preferred with 2-3 years of experience in service area. (Master’s degree relevant to service area preferred.)
Demonstrated management/leadership and program management skills related to the defined tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities.
For managers of clinical areas, if required, is registered, certified, and/or licensed to practice in the state of WA.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
