The Salesforce CRM Specialist is a key technical position that supports on-going development, maintenance, and support for the Salesforce platform used by the Questrom Online MBA and Questrom Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid Office (GAFAO). This position also regularly researches, determines and maintains various 3rd party applications used with Salesforce for the processing and review of significant quantities of leads and applications. Successful candidates will be able to work in ambiguous environments, independently complete regular tasks on the critical path of daily operations, seek opportunities for continuous improvement, all while handling competing priorities. Prior experience and knowledge with Salesforce and the Educational Data Architecture model highly preferred.

1 to 3 years of IT or other customer-facing technical troubleshooting experience
Prior experience with SalesForce.org or another CRM
Familiarity with marketing automation software
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to make decisions independently
