We Are: The Rehabilitation Service at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center provides physiatry, physical therapy and occupational therapy to both inpatients and outpatients. We are looking for a unique individual to join our dynamic team of Physical Therapists. MSK is seeking to hire a licensed per diem Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team at MSK Bergen .
Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments of rehabilitative needs. Based on assessment findings, develop individualized patient goals and treatment plans.
Provide quality physical therapy services to adult patients utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic interventions in addition to creative and patient specific treatment techniques
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members, including the patient and their family, to ensure optimal patient care
Document all clinical activities, complete forms, and maintain statistical records per department guidelines/format
Engage in projects and/or activities to maintain and advance professional competency.
Flexible with strong time management/organizational skills
Effective in verbal and written communication including computer skills
Detail and team oriented
Invested in mentorship both in learning and sharing of clinical knowledge
Ability to provide coverage at the following locations: MSK Basking Ridge (Basking Ridge, NJ), MSK Westchester (Harrison, NY)
Facility Hours of Operation: 7:15a-7:45p
Days / Times: Monday-Saturday, Hours: TBD
