The University of Iowa's College of Dentistry is conducting a search for a Department Executive Officer in the Department of Oral Pathology, Radiology & Medicine . This is a full-time tenure-track faculty position at the Associate Professor or Professor level.
Major responsibilities include:
providing strong leadership in the areas of teaching, scholarship, and service to the department;
collaborating with collegiate leadership;
developing and mentoring faculty;
maintaining close cooperation with other departments;
recruiting clinicians and researchers to fulfill the mission of the College;
participating actively in the department's faculty practice; and
cultivating an environment of inclusion and respect for students, faculty, and staff within the department and the College.
The position is available August 1, 2021; screening begins immediately.
