This position provides assistance and support to students/patients, as well as administrative support to the departmental staff and functions within the Barnes Center. Serves as initial point of contact for students, parents and visitors coming to any of the Barnes Center Health and Wellness services, with the capacity to interact with over 200 patients daily. In collaboration with co-workers, answer incoming phone calls, create messages in Electronic Medical Record to send to nurses and schedule appointments daily.
The position will be trained to serve in a variety of offices depending on staffing needs, office coverage and phone volume. Position is also trained to answer emails in Orange Tracker from students with health insurance questions and data enter immunization information into the Electronic Medical Record.
