This position reports to the Assistant Director of Processing and is responsible for loan funds in excess of $110 million dollars yearly and is critical to the University's ability to award aid to students. The individual in this position must be able to interpret federal, state, and university policies, regulations, procedures, and regulations, provide accurate answers to challenging questions, and communicate the process to students/parents/colleagues. This position requires strong customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
