This is a pivotal position in the Physics department that interacts with a very broad range of constituents, both Â internal and external to the University. Responsibilities include undergraduate student affairs, budgetÂ management, coordination of requests pertaining to facilities, supervision of two students, Â management of weekly colloquium during the academic year, and some financial analysis.Â
Qualifications: Associates degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of related administrative experience, or equivalentÂ combination of education and work experience.Â Â
Experience in an academic or non-profit setting preferred.Â
Prior financial experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to support a community of diverse perspectives and cultures in an inclusive environment.
