The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
Providing nursing care to patients and families in our New Waltham Inpatient Psychiatric Unit
Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
Providing education to patients and families.
Facilitating group therapies.
Overseeing milieu counselor staff.
24 hours rotating days/evening every and other weekend with the occasional overnight
Will be on-boarded/trained at the Main Campus in Boston
To qualify, you must have:
BSN required.
1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.
Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organizational needs.
