Responsibilities include creating art files for the imprinting of promotional products and customer/administrative tasks including creating and sending proofs to customers, answering and directing incoming calls, responding to emails, research information about promotional products, quality checking of incoming orders, preparing proposals and estimates, designing promotional materials, greeting clients, filing, providing receptionist back-up, entering data, scheduling client meetings, balancing register, and other duties assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma plus two years of relevant experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Graphic design and email experience. Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, organizational, and customer service skills.
Associate’s degree in graphic arts. Adobe Certified.
