Support and manage daily administrative and logistical operations in support of the college admissions, enrollment, PSEO/Concurrent and international student functions. Focus on processing admission applications for PSEO/Concurrent. Responsible for managing the applicant and student modules within the Integrated Statewide Record System (ISRS) to ensure correct data. Ensure program application deadlines meet established guidelines, rules and statutes. Review and process placement waivers, process application fee waiver and forward notification to Business Office.
Time Frame Requested: March-September, 2021 Days/Times: M-F 9:00-3:00pm
Math – Sufficient to add, subtract, multiply and divide when working with budgets.
Typing/Keyboarding (40 wpm) – Sufficient to draft correspondence for the department.
Data Entry Performance – Sufficient to enter budget information into ISRS and approve TCFs.
English (Speaking and/or Writing and/or Reading Orally) – Sufficient to communicate with students and customers of the department via email and in perso
Word Processing – Sufficient to draft correspondence for the department and respond to inquires.
Spreadsheets – Sufficient to enter budget information and student information into databases and manipulate the data.
Database Management – Sufficient to enter date into the student databases and run ad hoc queries and charts and reports.
Customer Service Skills – Sufficient to serve as support for students, parents and for the department.
High School Diploma or General Education Development diploma (GED)
Knowledge of college policies and procedures, programs, services, and resources. The ability to locate resources is helpful in addressing student needs.
Experience with data entry performance in the DARS system.
