Support HR Business Partners with ongoing training initiatives, compliance matters, feedback, engagement initiatives and ongoing communication designed to add organizational value.
Develop and maintain metrics, benchmarks, standard work process creations and ad hoc reports applying analysis to proactively solve problems and turn ideas into action.
Manage HRIS data management activities, including Workday and FAS transactions ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Conducts and manages employee surveys to understand the business needs and make recommendations based on data analysis to improve current practices and initiate potential improvements.
Adhere to and advise others on personnel policies and procedures
Supports staff hiring processes, including developing job descriptions, interviewing and reference checking, handling employment offers, and conducting orientation. Maintains appropriate human resources data and records.
May help counsel employees on benefits and compensation. Coordinates with managers and senior colleagues to determine employee compensation. Analyzes data and prepares charts, graphs, and trend lines for management review with a moderate to high level of guidance.
Performs other related work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications Â
Bachelorâ™s degree in human resources, organizational development, international business, finance, computer science, Â or related field Â
Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a medical center or academic environment
Experience with, or knowledge of, employment law
Experience with core HR processes including talent acquisition, retention, development or engagement
Demonstrated experience delivering high quality HR services
Experience using and applying data and analytics to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills to design and implement appropriate solutions
Strong facilitation, influencing and conflict resolution skills
MS Office experience
Workday HRIS experience
