A temporary Judicial Clerkship Assistant is needed from April to July 2021, to assist with judicial clerkship letter processing within the Law School. The position will report to the Faculty Services Manager, and will work closely with the Law Faculty Assistants. To start, the position will be part-time. More weekly hours may be available in June and July.
Collaborate with faculty assistants and the judicial clerkship department to process and file judicial clerkship letters
Process hundreds of letters per week, with high attention to detail
Identify issues or errors, and bring them to the attention of the lead faculty assistant
Other related duties as assigned
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud based platforms
Education, Experience, or Certifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelors Degree preferred
1-2 years administrative experience
