TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE I , Picower Institute for Learning and Memory , to serve as research assistant in the Sur Lab. Will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and performing experiments in 3D brain organoid cultures and cultured cell lines including induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and iPSC-derived cell lines; tissue culture (stem cells, neuronal progenitors, neurons), stem cell facility maintenance, and molecular and biochemical assays (PCR, western blotting, genotyping, etc.); providing research support; and performing administrative and other duties as assigned. Will work under the supervision of Chloe Delepine and Professor Mriganka Sur.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree, at least two years of post-degree experience, hands-on experience with tissue culture (either stem cell or neuronal), and demonstrated problem solving skills. Job #19322
