Cedars-Sinai's Pathology Department has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an Administrative Clinical Laboratory Scientist to contribute to our mission of providing world-class care.
You will be directly responsible for the management and supervision of genomic development of the Molecular Pathology Division. You'll be responsible for the oversight of all aspects of test development and clinical validations including platform identification, test optimization, clinical validation and staff training. You will work in coordination with the operational aspects of the laboratory to assist in organization of work, supervision of employees, staff development, regulatory compliance, expense control, quality assurance, optimization and problem solving in the delivery of services.
