Work Schedule: Depending on start date, position may require that you work remotely Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Schedule and shift are subject to change in accordance with department needs.)
This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the acquisition of supplies, equipment and services in compliance with established purchasing policies, procedures, and guidelines.
An associate degree, or the completion of at least sixty (60) college-level semester units related to business administration, procurement, contract law or related field.
Minimum four (4) years increasingly responsible experience, preferably in purchasing.

Demonstrate proficiency in Word and Excel.
Knowledge and/or experience with Purchasing in the Higher Ed environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience conducting professional presentations, engaging the audience and articulating information.
Excellent written and verbal communication especially when interacting with outside vendors.
