Responsible for the operation and maintenance of roads, grounds, vehicles, equipment and custodial services in all campus facilities to ensure they are all operating effectively and efficiently and that responsive service is being provided. Oversee budget and staff. Responsible for the Custodial Services Contract performance and quality. Member of the Campus Emergency Response team and Campus Development and Environmental Concerns Committee.
Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities or Business or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ten years of technical experience in operating/maintaining services in buildings or facilities and exterior spaces.
Five years of staff and budget management experience.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
A valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to the University by the University's insurance carrier.
Must be on-call for 24 hours to respond to emergencies.
License in a major trade or professional accreditation.
Computer literacy and experience working with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
