For consideration, the candidate must possess an earned Ph.D. or other terminal degree and a record of scholarship and accomplishment commensurate with appointment as full professor at St. Thomas. The candidate will have had significant experience in higher education administration with a strong financial acumen and demonstrated commitment to driving fundraising success. The successful candidate must enthusiastically embrace and be articulate about the mission and vision of St. Thomas as a comprehensive Catholic university grounded in the liberal arts. The candidate also will have a demonstrated commitment to and record of support for diversity, equity and inclusion. Finally, the candidate will be creative, forward-thinking, and passionate about social justice and making a positive impact on students, communities, and the world.
