Coordinate activities and programs within Upward Bound Math and Science (UBMS).
Plans workshops and activities for participants during the academic year
Coordinates daytime classes and evening classes during the summer component
Conducts monthly school visits and college preparation workshops
Administers mentoring program, publishes monthly newsletter, and maintains web page
Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements:
Two years experience working with low income, first generation students, parents, and high school personnel required
Must have knowledge of college admissions, academic requirements, the financial aid process, and web page design
Strong oral and written communication skills and time management skills required
Must be willing and able to work occasional
