Plymouth State University Residential Life is seeking three Community Directors (CD) who will actively engage with residents to advance the Universityâs mission and vision. The Community Director position is responsible for the overall daily operation of a Residential Community of approximately 200-700 students in one of eight residential areas (including traditional residence hall, apartment style and suite style living). Community Directors supervise six (6) to fourteen (14) Community Advisors (undergraduate and graduate student staff) and up to fifteen (15) Desk Attendants (undergraduate and graduate student staff) and possibly one (1) Lead Community Advisor (depending on the assigned community). This is a 12-month, fully-benefited, professional live-in position.
