This position will serve as administrative/office manager for the VP of Institutional Advancement/Executive Director of the Educational Foundation. Tasks will include maintaining accuracy with donors, potential donors, alumni, and other foundation partners. Maintaining donor databases. Maintain ongoing processing of time sensitive purchase orders. Providing accurate and customer-friendly information to internal and external customers. Maintaining accurate unit budgets. Working closely with Major Gifts Campaign, Strategic Communications Team, Alumni Coordinator, Foundation Business Office Manager, and other IA personnel.

Proven ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in a number of relevant software programs
