Normal Work Schedule: Variable; dependent on client needs
Job Summary: The Personal Trainer will instruct clients in individualized fitness programs. These programs should be designed based on the medical history, goals and current fitness level of the client.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Must have a valid nationally recognized personal training certification by a nationally accredited certifying organization. Current CPR/AED certification.
Skills and Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of strength training principles, training procedures, and application of exercise techniques
Preferred Qualifications: Some previous work experience in strength training, personal training, or fitness facility environment preferred. Personal training certification from NCCA-recognized certifying organization (such as NSCA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or ACSM) preferred.
