Job Summary/Basic Function: Reporting to the Chief Enrollment Officer and Associate Vice President in the Division of Enrollment Management, the incumbent will serve as the primary resource for the department on all matters concerning College-wide and departmental policies, procedures, and protocols, and act as the central point of contact for all external departments and vendors on contracts, billing, and office functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to the College’s Enrollment Mission and will manage administrative functions of a fast-paced office that supports all matters related to Enrollment Management while maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of the Office.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and monitor all aspects of Enrollment Services Division budget for the AVP.
Manage office supplies, requisitions, and purchases of equipment, serving as the point person in for troubleshooting both IT and phone related issues for Enrollment Services.
Initiate contracts process in partnership with Enrollment Services Directors and budget administrators, and supervise all steps in the process through completion in collaboration with the Office of the General Counsel, Business Services, and Accounts Payable.
Serve as a point of contact within Enrollment Services for administrative offices at TC. Act as the department's liaison with all vendors in regards to contracts, requisitions and billing. 15%
Work closely with the AVP to plan and coordinate a variety of meetings, including agenda development, distribution of materials and compilation and distribution of meeting materials and minutes, administering logistics. 10%
Assesses all inquiries to the AVP, coordinating with and/or delegating to the appropriate individual(s) to determine the appropriate response and course of action.
Manages very confidential, detailed and time sensitive information on a regular basis. Represents the AVP internally and externally, working with faculty, staff and students.
Assists the AVP with the development of procedures, materials and communication, both internal and external, from beginning to end.
Work on a wide variety of projects in the areas of organization development and employee engagement initiatives in direct support of the AVP.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree plus four years related experience, or the equivalent in education, training and experience required. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and email/Internet research required. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Ability to juggle multiple tasks, in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working within Higher Education.
