Description The Healthier Beginnings Program at the University of Tennessee at Martin is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time (100%) Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general office duties and data entry. This regular, full-time position is a grant-funded position and continuation of employment is dependent upon grant funding.
Maintain and enter program data in a statewide data collection system.
Perform general office duties such as handling business correspondence, ordering supplies, copying, faxing, and filing.
Maintain monthly expenses and reconcile monthly ledger.
Assist with travel arrangements and reimbursements for staff.
Maintain and reconcile monthly human resource documentation.
Attend training as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
