Serves as first point of contact for the Kelley School of Business Undergraduate Program office, providing extensive administrative support to undergraduate admissions processes to meet program enrollment goals. Creates first impression of Kelley Undergraduate Program, develops program reputation for excellence through professional and timely interactions. Works closely with the Admissions Services Coordinator to coordinate messaging and detailed information for both prospective and current students, parents, faculty, and campus colleagues. Directs students and general public to academic advising, international programs, Honors, admissions, scholarships, diversity initiatives, and other appropriate departments via in-person interactions, phone calls, and email communication. Schedules appointments for admissions and other areas as needed. Cross-trained on critical functions for other areas of Undergraduate Program administrative services; serves as a "floater" as needed. Utilizes excellent judgement to respond to a wide range of inquiries from stakeholders with exemplary customer service. Serves as a member of a 7-person team, part of a unit of 50+ staff members, who are committed to solution-focused teamwork and fostering an inclusive environment.
High school diploma or GED and three years of office experience.
Knowledge of computers and database/word processing software (Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word). Organization and time management skills, including ability to multitask in a high functioning, busy office. Teamwork skills. Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals and groups.
