Responsible for oversight and management of daily operations in the assigned residence hall. Enhances the living environment of the residential community through resident outreach, staff development, and engaging student programming. This is a twelve-month live-in position and requires the incumbent to live on campus within the residential community in a fully-furnished apartment provided by the college; a meal plan is also provided. Includes significant evening and weekend responsibilities and is considered an essential staff position per University policy 3356-7-16.
Bachelor's degree; one year of experience in student engagement. Ability to work with and appreciate a diverse population of students and staff without regard to race, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, nationality, etc.
Master's degree. Experience working with campus residential populations. Knowledge of StarRez and Roompact software.
