Major Work Characteristics :

Assists nursing graduate students, including the nurse practitioner students, with recruitment and management of required preceptors. Manages data systems software and online tools to record student clinical criteria data, progression, and compliance with needed documentation of background checks and immunizations. Maintains program records. Works collaboratively with constituents as needed to ensure high quality clinical outcomes. Acts as a liaison for the Centofanti School of Nursing graduate online program and Academic Partnerships™. Collaborates and assists the Centofanti School of Nursing Graduate Director, Advanced Practice Nursing Coordinators, Nursing faculty, and the College of Graduate Studies for recruitment in the degree and certificate programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and one year of administrative experience; proficiency with Excel and other commonly used computer applications. Demonstrated excellent organizational skills; ability and skill level to work independently and collaboratively with all constituents. Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including occasional evening and weekend hours.

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in an academic setting.

Salary Grade: A4

Pay Range: $42,000 - $50,000
