As director of donor digital experience and digital hub, you will be a key member of the strategic resource development team and helm U-M’s efforts to provide a world-class digital experience for our donors. As U-M’s digital donor experience continues to evolve, you will work alongside the assistant vice president of strategic resource development to refine the university’s vision and develop a multi-year plan to achieve it. You will lead in aligning digital efforts, unifying platforms and tools, exploring new concepts, and developing innovative approaches to the digital donor experience.
As a member of the U-M community, you will be charged with building lasting relationships with colleagues across campus. Together, you will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to plan, develop, and implement a refined digital experience for U-M’s generous benefactors.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
A minimum of 7 years professional experience in fundraising, marketing, or equivalent roles
Strong comprehensive skill set within digital or ecommerce field
Strong knowledge of modern technologies and emerging platforms
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage large, complex projects through to completion
Commitment to fostering a positive team environment with an emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion
Experience working in higher education and/or development
Familiarity with Blackbaud CRM and digital products
