The Administrative Associate II with the Division of Infectious Diseases will be responsible for:
Administrative Assistant position with the Division of Infectious Diseases. Duties include
Scheduling appointments, answering, screening and routing calls and greeting and directing patients/families, visitors and staff.
Responding to patient queries.
Proofreading and editing materials for grammar, punctuation and spelling.

office equipment maintenance
assist with purchasing related activities
update division website
updates for Digital Measures
Assisting with onboarding of associated personnel
Provides administrative support for clinical director and CHAP director
Provides other administrative support for clinical staff as needed
To qualify, you must have:
Work requires a high school level of educational development. One year of administrative experience required.
Work requires the analytical skills and judgment to interpret data and take the appropriate action in circumstances or situations vary.
Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat strongly preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare setting interacting with patients preferred.
