This Program Coordinator in the Transplant Center will be responsible for:
Coordinating activities and daily operations of a program
Preparing or assisting in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors
Conferring with staff and others to provide technical advice, provide problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals. Refers inquiries to others as needed
May be reviewing applications or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program
May be assisting in the coordination of recruitment efforts
Drafting written communication and promotional literature
May be assisting in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications
Interacting and maintaining liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives
To qualify, you must have:
The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a health related field preferred and at least one 1+ years' experience of relative experience
Technically competent with various software programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
