The School of Nursing is currently recruiting a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) faculty member who will serve as the Director of the PNP/DNP Program, teach and practice. The Program Director will assume academic, clinical and administrative responsibilities of the PNP/DNP program, while establishing or maintaining a clinical practice as a PNP. S/He will be responsible to provide oversight for the program, direct the activities of the program in collaboration with the assistant deans and vice dean, maintain accreditation requirements, coordinate clinical assignments for students, and overall maintain the quality and integrity of the PNP/DNP program. The incumbent will take advantage of our resources allocation plan (percentage of time for teaching and practice is individually determined) and the generous benefits package offered by Columbia University. S/He will receive a full-time faculty appointment commensurate with education and experience.
