The Biliteracy Seal, NSF, and Bilingual ED Technician position will support students and faculty engaged in the Oregon Biliteracy Seal project, NSF Noyce STEM teaching grant, and the Bilingual Student Teacher Leader program. The position will organize project activities, collect data from various sources, handle various confidential records, files and databases, provide initial data analysis, and work with college faculty and partner institutions. The position will also prepare various correspondence including informational documents, syllabi, fliers and may assist with report preparation. Some budget tracking and financial activity is involved. This position will combine work with students seeking the Oregon Seal of Biliteracy, bilingual students, and students seeking careers teaching in STEM. This position will end upon completion of the grant project. This position will operate under the direction of the Academic Dean of Education, Languages and Social Sciences.

Associates degree from an accredited institution -AND- Two years of increasingly responsible administrative technical support experience -AND- Bilingual ability that exceeds the minimum requirement measured by the Oregon Seal of Biliteracy (Download PDF reader) in Spanish
