1.Assist in the daily operations of The Center office. 2.Answer all patron communications in a timely manner. 3.Maintain patron membership databases. 4.Maintain enrollment and assessment data reports to support the tracking and monitoring of Center courses. 5.Coordinate the scheduling of activities for The Center. 6.Assist in updating, printing and distribution of The Center's marketing material. 7.Work with LAPS Division to assist in the processing of instructor/course data and special payments forms for The Center as needed. 8.Work with Elearning Division to assist with virtual components as needed 9.Provide class lists for Center instructors. 10.Assist with the coordination of all Center events with the Enrollment and Student Services. 11.Assist patrons with registration for mini-courses and other Center activities. 12.Maintain email lists and develop email schedule for promotion of all events for The Center. 13.Assist in the maintenance of The Center's website. 14.Attend all staff training sessions as required for maintaining updated service delivery skills. 15.Comply with all safety, fire, and smoking regulations. 16.Complete all mandatory compliance and safety training as scheduled by Human Resources. 17.Perform other duties as assigned.
1.Bachelor's Degree in a related field. 2.Experience in processing payroll, overload payments and special project payments. 3.Experience with student information systems (e.g. Datatel's Colleague). 4.Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Canvas) 5.Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills. 6.Demonstrated expertise in use of technology and software applications used in the delivery of customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office. 7.Demonstrated excellence in communication skills. 8.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
