Position Summary:
The Office of Sponsored Projects and Research Compliance (SPARC) is committed to supporting the research endeavors of faculty members and staff of Rice University, a leading research institution in Houston, Texas, by helping them understand their obligations and ensure compliance with applicable governmental regulations and university policies.
The Compliance Administrator II for Conflicts of Interest (COI) is responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the COI program at Rice University which includes managing the electronic disclosure process, reviewing outside activities and financial interests, supporting the Faculty Conflicts Committee (FCC), and assist with evaluating, reporting, and monitoring of such interests, in accordance with University policy and federal or other sponsoring agencies’ Conflict of Interest (COI) regulations and/or policies.
The ideal candidate has three or more years of experience in research administration.
