The Broad College seeks a Director of its Multicultural Business Program (MBP). MBP supports undergrad diversity and student success initiatives, including recruiting diverse students, providing pre-college programming, tutoring, student advising, diverse/inclusive student organizational support and develop new/modified strategic priorities while developing corporate relationships and fundraising.
MBP leadership including the implementation/enhancement of existing programming to increase diversity in the undergrad Broad community and student success of underrepresented students. Supervise staff members. Facilitate academic workshops and community outreach while managing daily MBP operations. Supervise staff members. Develop and facilitate an underrepresented high school student recruitment strategy working with external organizations (e.g.,high schools, districts, corporate entities, etc.). Monitor academic performance of multicultural students within the Broad College. Facilitate academic programming as needed. Lead and administer MBP unit including oversight of all programming including personnel and budget. Coordinate with Broad/MSU units.

Masters in counseling, higher education or related field
Three years of admin/coordination and outreach experience.
3-5 years experience advising undergrad students, particularly underrepresented populations
